We make our meals from scratch using fresh quality produce, including sauces and relishes, right down to all of our delicious cabinet food!

This means the majority of our meals can be changed to accommodate food intollerances and allergies. Gluten free breads and pizzas are available too!

Our chefs have had a variety of catering experience in their careers which means we are able to offer a delicious and well-priced catering service, either for functions being held off-site or for events here on the premises.

From a basic morning tea package right through to formal sit-down 3 course dinners, we can tailor to any requirements and theme. 

We are also fully licensed with a boutique selection of beer and wine on hand at all times, alternatives and special requests can also be accommodated.

Below is just an example of recent per head pricing plans and finger food items to choose from, however, please feel free to discuss with us any specific requirements (such as allergies) as we are happy to make additions and recommendations.

At Café Bliss, with meals priced between $5 and $20, you’ll find high quality ingredients, sophisticated menu items, a selection of NZ wine and boutique beer and warm friendly service, all in an appealing modern yet comfortable environment that’s as equally suitable for groups of friends or family as it is for business meetings and corporate lunches.

Our decor is clean and inviting with a sensual splash of our signature red, numerous local artworks, and our cosy lounge with leather tub chairs comes complete with an inviting fireplace. Warning: it's hard to leave!

We also hold one of the longest licensing hours in Ponsonby and are available to hire for functions. With numerous seating/layout options we are the perfect venue for an intimate cocktail evening, a 21st, a product launch, and of course the all-important christmas party! Plus more!

You'll find CAFE BLISS in prime position on the corner of Ponsonby Road and Cowan Street. We are open seven days a week for breakfast, brunch and lunch from 7am - stay tuned for the return of evening hours in summer!

We are committed to quality and ensure that we use the highest level ingredients. From rindless shrinkless bacon full of flavor (best strip on the strip!), to quality meats such as tender eye fillet for our steak dishes and fresh cooked chicken breast on our burgers, sandwiches and salads. Our fruit and vege produce is delivered fresh daily from the Produce Company, our artisan breads are from Loaf and our delicious variety of bagels are delivered fresh from Bagel Love.
